About The Kennel
Hello!
Kinguyakkii Siberian Huskies is a Husky Kennel based in the lovely South Wales Coast. Based in Barry the Racing and Showing Kennel is owned by Miss Stacey Pike and co run with her partner Mr Joe Evans and Friend Mr Alan Matthews. Although only established in 2010 when their first puppy Mishka owned by Alan arrived on the Scene both Mr Matthews and Miss Pike previously has experience with German shepherd Dogs for over 10 Years.
After having Mishka our Grey and White Female only 6 months along came another Female just a month younger who's previous owner couldn't cope with such a demanding breed and Miya joined the kennel a little black and white piebald with sparkly blue eyes. We stuck with just the two girl for nearly two years before another Husky would cross our path at 7 years old Sadie a Grey and White Piebald with a terrible history of abuse and fear aggression due to be put to sleep because she was so scared of people. We stepped in and rescued her. After |
After then deciding to help out a busy rescue we soon adopted our first Male Husky Shadow, a strong strapping lad who was only 6 months old but had been through a few homes and also had a very shady history. He was Black and White with a fierce looking face but as soft as a brush a real heart melter.
Shortly after Amaya arrived on the scene from a puppy farm in Ireland with her sister Keeva. Keeva went to a local Husky Kennel and Amaya stayed here. She was really nervous and had no proper interaction with humans apart from the rescue who got her out of the shocking conditions and she was very skittish and scared. Her Orange and White coats was soaked wit urine and Faeces. Then in 2013 two new breed lines entered the kennel in the form of Brother Arrow and Hunter from a breeder friend. Going from strength to strength at only 9 months old they had already started Showing with Hunter qualifying for Crufts 2015 and 2016. They then both started training to become great sled dog racers and have excelled in that field. |
My Partner Joe then decided it was time to add a dog of his own to the kennel so for the first we decided to get a rescue dog with something a little bit different.
Red then arrived in 2014 from Cyprus through a rescue organisation. A Husky x GSP he had been shot over there by the local police and still has some shot gun shell pellets in him which do not cause him any issues, he has become a big racer in our open team even if his English is a little rusty. He started running with our oldest Siberian Sadie at 9 and has gone from strength to strength. Sadie has been retired this year (2017) just before her 12th birthday so Red's team now will be different and taken up a gear. Hachika Raven |
